Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maria Roberta Russi, Christophstr. 7, 70771 Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany, hi@shirtupmama.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs or other additional charges, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been explicitly agreed upon with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the goods that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for the manufacturing of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
